Lilu Hotel Pai

Loved it! Ideal location, quiet, good breakfast, comfortable bed, kind staff, very clean. It was truly excellent and I looked at many places before I chose this one.

I didn’t stay in this hotel and lost my money. Stay away from this place.

The room has a strong smell of cigarettes and mold.

Came here last minute after the original accommodation we had booked was disappointing. Was absolutely amazed by the room (suite)- felt very homely and chill, location, free breakfast and general vibe. Overall superb value for money for the price!

Very clean and tidy. Location was very central and was easy to go anywhere from there. Very satisfied with the room and the lovely staff.

Great hotel, such good value for money. The room was super clean with breakfast included. The lady is so so lovely. Highly recommend!!

We got the room in the main building and it was bigger that what we anticipated. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The sink in the main bathroom seems clogged but not so bad, it just takes time for water to go down.

Great location, very nice staff, good value for money, fan and ac, mosquito nets in the windows, fridge and drinking water in the room, good water pressure and temperature

Could be a little cleaner in the bathroom, room inside looks a little like they forgot to finish building it, there’s concrete floor and shelf/table

Quiet room

Unacceptable to have a wobbling sink, where the faucet is detached and pours water outside the sink. Unacceptable to have the shower head held to the wall with just one out of 2 screws, spinning in all directions, spraying water everywhere, just not on you. Unacceptable to have the smallest breakfast offer in all of Pai. Unacceptable to have 4 staff members who speak 3 words of English combined between themselves. Not for the amount of money they charge for this subpar accommodation.

Very close to the walking street, shops and restaurants. Very nice staff, although, besides the manager, almost no one speaks English. We were very disappointed by our family room (it was too loud. You are literally sleeping on the street!) and wanted to change. The manager showed us a different hotel, but the room was too small for us. But she took care and was helpful. Extremely loud!!! The family room is located right next to the street, with only small wooden walls (very nice, traditional, but without any isolation) so you can even hear how people walking by are breathing. As it is next to the main street, and almost everyone is driving through by motorbike, you hear the late home-comers as well as those riding out for sunrise :-( We bought earplugs but could not sleep. Workings on a roof next to our room.very (!) loud. It sounds, as if it was IN the room. Very hard beds (even more hard than usual for Thailand). But nice and well smelling sheets Very little light inside the rooms

Location was superb, 5 minute walk from the bus station and in the centre of town but still quiet. Very comfortable room with all you needed. Modern finish and good size plenty of space for bags and a little balcony!

Centrally located it's a great place to access all Pai has to offer

On arrival, no one around to check in and after 2pm (check in time) could only speak to someone on phone (Thai number). Got key but not checked in until later that day
